Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Returns
You may return unused items to us within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we aim to promote mindful choices about delivery and reduce return shipments.

2. Packaging and Condition of Goods
Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Ideally, use the original packaging and materials provided. Ensure that all returned items are unused and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. We cannot process refunds for items returned in damaged or used condition.
3. Postage for the Return
Please ensure your return is sufficiently stamped. For packages with insufficient postage, a penalty fee of CHF 15 / GBP 13 will be deducted from your refund. We also recommend using an insured shipping option. This allows you to track your return, and it provides coverage through your shipping provider in case of loss.
